General scope of work covers labor and materials for these areas;

Dining Room:
1. Remove the existing built-in cabinetry.
2. Reframe the arched nooks in order to have drywall on the right- and left-hand side of each built-in for a symmetrical design.
3. Provide & install cabinetry per the design along with a wood back and decorative cabinet hardware.
4. Provide & install Saltillo tile flooring and baseboard to match the existing.
5. Paint for the Dining Room wall due to the framing modifications.

Powder Room:
1. Remove the existing cabinetry, countertop, sink, and faucet along with the bath accessories & wall sconce.
2. Remove the existing Saltillo tile baseboard.
3. Remove & reinstall the commode once the remodel is complete.
4. Provide & install the decorative wainscot tile with polished edge on the vanity wall only.
5. Provide & install Saltillo tile & baseboard to blend with the existing.
6.. Provide & install two wall sconces and a new decorative mirror
7. Paint interior walls.

Laundry Room:
1. Remove the existing cabinetry, countertop, plumbing components, ironing board, and the washer / dryer.
2. Relocate the sink & faucet per the new design along with relocating the washer / dryer
3. Provide & install Saltillo tile to blend with the existing along with the Saltillo baseboard.
4. Provide & install new Bellmont 1900 Series cabinetry, quartz countertop, new sink, & faucet per the new design.
5. Provide & install a decorative tile backsplash per the design.
6. Provide and install a new decorative light above.
7. Paint interior walls and ceiling.

Family Room Fireplace:
1. Remove the tile on the top of the hearth while preserving the brick surround.
2. Supply & install the Artillo Picket charcoal gray tile

Exterior:
1. Remove the tile surrounding the built-in grille & replace with the Artillo Picket charcoal gray tile.

Wet Bar:
1. Remove the existing cabinetry, countertop, appliances, plumbing components, & the peninsula at the Wet Bar.
2. Supply & install the Bellmont 1900 Series cabinetry per the design with a new panel ready beverage center, panel ready wine fridge with a center glass section, & a panel ready ice maker
3. Install the Neolith countertop Estaturio E01 at the bar & extend out of the passthrough window with all countertop surfaces being at the same elevated height with a new sink and new faucet.
4. Supply & install new decorative hardware.
5. Supply & install new Satillo tile baseboard to blend with the existing. Pricing available upon final selection.
6. Paint the walls in the Wet Bar area & the fireplace wall due to the peninsula removal.
