General scope of work covers labor and materials for the following main areas;

Kitchen:
1) Remove and replace island cabinets, perimeter cabinets, countertops, backsplash, appliances, and plumbing fixtures.
2) Remove desk/Butlers Pantry cabinets and countertops
3) Replace pendants over new island
4) Add under-cabinet lighting
5) Replace micro with new hood
6) Square off island and possibly enlarge
7) Paint walls in only the Kitchen and Pantry areas.

Master Bathroom:
1) Remove and replace cabinets, tops, plumbing fixtures, shower surround, and vanity lights
2) Modify tub existing tub deck and replace drop-in tub
3) Paint walls
