This project combines a full deck rebuild with exterior siding repairs and targeted interior updates to restore both function and curb appeal. The existing deck was completely removed and replaced with a new composite decking system, featuring TimberTech boards, integrated stair access, and custom railing with cedar posts and black balusters.

Exterior improvements included replacing damaged siding and installing new moisture barriers to ensure long-term durability around the chimney and rear wall. A new concrete landing was also added to improve access and usability.

Interior repairs addressed areas impacted by previous water or structural issues, including drywall replacement, ceiling refinishing, and updated trim work. Fresh paint and stain tie the repaired areas back into the home for a cohesive finish.

This project highlights a comprehensive approach to exterior renovation and interior restoration, delivering both structural integrity and a clean, updated look.
