Wichita Home Works is a Wichita, Kansas–based residential remodeling and construction contractor specializing in full-scope projects including detached garages, home additions, and interior renovations. This project highlights a ground-up detached garage and “man cave” build designed for both functionality and finished living space.

The scope includes a full concrete foundation, driveway and patio installation, structural framing, and complete building envelope with roofing, LP SmartSide siding, trim, paint, and guttering. Interior spaces were designed to support daily use and entertaining, featuring an office, bathroom, utility room, and a garage kitchenette.

Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were fully integrated, including HVAC installation, electrical service upgrades, lighting, and plumbing rough-in and finish work. Interior finishes include custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, tile backsplash, LVP flooring, and detailed trim carpentry.

Outdoor living enhancements include a covered patio with cedar finishes, integrated heating, and electrical to support entertainment use. In addition to new construction, Wichita Home Works specializes in full bathroom remodels, including demolition, framing modifications, waterproofed shower systems, Onyx surrounds, custom vanities, quartz countertops, updated fixtures, ventilation, lighting, and complete finish work.
