This sunroom and deck addition in Rose Hill, Kansas transforms the home with a seamless blend of indoor comfort and outdoor living. The project began with a full demolition of the existing structure, followed by new concrete footings and framing to support a fully enclosed sunroom and expanded deck area.

The sunroom features large-format vinyl windows and a double French door, bringing in natural light while maintaining energy efficiency. Interior finishes include LVP flooring, custom trim carpentry, and a clean painted finish, creating a bright and functional living space that flows directly from the existing home.

On the exterior, the addition is finished with LP SmartSide siding, new roofing integrated into the existing structure, and a covered porch supported by exposed wood beams and posts. The adjacent deck was rebuilt using TimberTech composite decking with picture frame detailing, paired with Azek railing and custom-built benches for added usability.
