This Wichita kitchen refresh and main floor remodel transformed the home with a modern open-concept layout, upgraded finishes, and cohesive design throughout the main living spaces. The project included removal of a formal dining room partition wall and posts to improve flow between the kitchen and dining area, along with new drywall finishing, updated lighting, and electrical modifications.

The kitchen renovation featured MSI Calacatta Adonia quartz countertops, a Kohler matte black undermount sink, Delta Essa pull-down faucet, custom tile backsplash with Schluter edging, and professionally refinished cabinetry in Sherwin-Williams High Reflective White. Additional upgrades included matte black cabinet hardware, LED puck lighting, updated plumbing fixtures, and new luxury vinyl plank flooring installed throughout the kitchen, dining room, hallway, laundry room, entryway, and stair landing.

Additional improvements included new poplar casing and baseboards, interior painting, carpet replacement, matte black door hardware, and new Jeld-Wen sliding patio doors with blinds between the glass.
