This 1980's colonial was stripped from it's roof to the studs. Most of the interior walls remained intact, but each room was custom designed with with either new flooring, mouldings, or a built-in cabinet.
The screened-in-porch was added to the rear of the family room as a way to entertain indoors and out. Definition of rooms was needed on the exterior, and box bays and porch roofs were added to achieve this. The striking exterior colors give the home a timeless charm.
