This project consisted of a complete renovation of a lakeside cottage.
Daniel Contelmo wanted to honor the original roof lines and textures, but improve the flow and use of the space.
The original house did not take advantage of the Oscawana Lake views - especially the second level bedrooms. New dormers were created as well as an improved fenestration of the great room.
