Creative Loft - Award Winner

This barn remodel is an award finalist in the 2018 HGTV design competition, and
and won a 2018 Master design award for accessory structures. It required a complete renovation since the original barn was in disrepair. The owner's wanted to turn the space into a usable modern space, but maintain the traditional charm of the old barn. Large commercial windows contrast with the antique flooring and finishes, and allow the gardens to come in.

This before photo shows the original barn in disrepair. The owners wanted to create a beautiful and usable space that fits into the gorgeous landscape. They wished to preserve the structure, but a complete renovation was necessary.

This rendering was done to create a clear vision for the design of the barn. The structure, footprint, and classic barn style were to be preserved. Large windows were added to two sides of the barn to flood the space with light and mix in some modern elements.
