Located in Southampton on a pond, this home was a typical 1980's style with a stucco exterior. That is, until the Client hired DCA to strip the exterior, add the double gables, and clad the home with cedar shingles. The entry and porch were redesigned, as well as the rear porches and rooflines. Most of the first floor was renovated with a new kitchen, eating area, powder room, and mudroom.
DCA created a coffered ceiling in the kitchen and a beamed/vaulted ceiling in the mudroom. Each space was beautifully finished with the help of Tiffany Eastman Interiors.
