A blend of shingle style and craftsman style detailing characterizes this home, which is protected by a twenty-acre forest. Daniel Contelmo designed the eyebrow roof over the front porch, tapered columns, and corbels supporting the overhang which gives the entry a unique look. The clients' goal was a house with a flexible interior that would allow adjustments as their children grew. The interior is strikingly craftsman with its stained oak finishes, built-in cabinetry, and stone fireplace, giving the home a warm and personal ambiance.
