This design renovated a basement in addition to opening the basement stair to the first floor kitchen and living area. The basement level includes a billiard area, entertainment area with a modern gas fireplace, workout room, and storage. A small kitchenette greets guests on their way down and opens up to the long entertainment space complete with various games and activities.
