This small home was in need of a second floor addition to meet the growing family’s needs. The first floor was transformed into an open great room and all bedrooms were moved to the new second floor. The second floor stair was designed above the original basement stair to minimize its intrusion on the living space. The second floor addition consisted of three bedrooms, a buddy bath, and a master bedroom suite. A lovely new and spacious front porch was added to complete the look.
