The 3-story 2500 sf addition to this American colonial nearly doubled the home in size. The basement addition added an exercise room, enlarged the recreation room, and allowed for additional storage space. The first floor addition consisted of a great room, an enlarged mudroom, a newly expanded kitchen, a breakfast room, a sitting room, and a sun room. The second floor was redesigned to accommodate four bedrooms, two baths, and a grand master suite.

The master bedroom now includes a fireplace, a spacious bathroom with his and her vanities, a walk-in-closet, and other amenities. To complete the transformation, a large deck with a gazebo was added to the back of the house. Its design mirrors the small front porch, weaving the house and its addition together.
