This project started before the clients even owned it-as a home assessment. “Can this house become what we need it to be and be able to afford?” We designed Mom and Dad their own two bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, family room, separate entrance, and an extra wide staircase to allow for a future lift if it becomes necessary. We also added a small addition to the rear of the main house to open the kitchen to the family room. With everyone having their own spaces, the three generations can live in harmony!
