This project involved the design of a new 16’ x 16’ screened porch with a 12’ wide multi-tiered deck with a connection to the existing driveway. The challenge came with the multiple roof lines that were to be affected by the roof of the screened porch. Different roof types were explored with a flat roof being most complimentary.

According to the owner, “We have received many compliments on the design and finished project. We highly recommend Karen Pitsley. We wouldn’t think of working with any one other than her on any future projects.”
