This client wanted to open up the two separate areas of the family room. Through same major framing changes, we were able to accomplish that task. The old stone fireplace (formally located between the two circle top windows) was removed, and a new gas fireplace was installed in the smaller area. A custom wall surround was made, and accommodates both the stone lined fireplace and the wall mounted television. Then Mullican Chatelaine 4” hand scraped Hickory Provincial Plank solid hardwood flooring was installed.
