What was once a small master bath with an adjacent unused sitting room is now a spacious and relaxing master bathroom suit. This new room takes full advantage of the view out of the existing double hung/circle top window. The room includes a large 45"x 72" walk-in shower, complete with a Raincan head, handheld shower, body sprays and a bench seat. At almost 8' long, the double bowl vanity provides plenty of storage and countertop space. An additional linen closet was added as well.

Materials include Bertch Osage Sable cabinetry, stunning Delicatus Ice granite, and Delta Charlotte polished nickel faucetry. The tile work consists of Mariner Rain Forrest Dark 6”x 35” floor tile, Gazzini Move Ivory shower tile and Fine Silva Grey Pebbles shower base tile. All of the Kohler fixtures are in their Dove color. Other design ques include a 5" vanity ledge, customer framed mirrors, and coordinating vanity lights and chandelier.
