This kitchen represents one of the most common remodels we do in our area; converting a kitchen with a peninsula to a kitchen with an island, and removing the soffits to allow for taller wall cabinets. Additionally, in this project, the customer wanted a second oven, so a kitchen was designed that retains a 30" range, but adds another single wall over with a built in microwave above. The island includes ample pots and pans storage, and seating for two stools.

Materials include Bertch cabinetry in their Verona door style (modified to have 5-part drawer heads) with a White paint finish. The countertops are Alaska White granite. Tile consists of DalTile products, with Consulate CS05 Premier Grey (unpolished) 12”x 24” floor tile and Rittenhouse Square 0190 3"x 6" Arctic White
back splash tile. Finishing touches include a Kohler Whitehaven cast iron farm sink and Moen Arbor All-in-One Faucet
