Kitchen (39)
While the overall footprint of this kitchen remodel did not drastically change, the overall appearance and feeling certainly did. One of the first things on the client's list was to remove the soffits and take the cabinets to the ceiling. Other changes included changing from a peninsula to an island, adding a circle top window that extends down to the countertop, adding more cabinetry to the right of the fridge and saving the existing ceramic tile floor.
The final project is full of details. The Danken custom cabinets were done is a classic raised panel, in cherry wood with Harvest Gold stain and a Sable glaze. Stunning Neptune Bordeaux granite was chosen, along with natural stone tile back splash tile. All new stainless steel appliances were installed. Other touches include split wall cabinets, glass inserts, a full size ice maker with matching wood panel door and a custom pantry with built in microwave.
