Kitchen (5)
This home was built in 1960. In the remodel, the wall between the kitchen and dining room was removed, creating a much more open feeling. Appliances were rearranged to create a better work triangle. The customer chose to go with a more transitional theme. The cabinetry is Hagerstown Redline Jefferson (shaker) painted in their “Lace” color. The countertops are actually beveled edge Formica laminate. In addition, a more contemporary style Armstrong sheet vinyl flooring was used. This kitchen shows that you don’t have to go with granite tops and a tile floor to create a dramatic kitchen makeover.
