This very functional kitchen went through a total makeover. The layout was expanded by lengthening the peninsula, reducing the soffits to allow for taller cabinets, and the addition of both a built-in book shelf area and full height pantry cabinet. The remodeling went all the way back into the laundry and powder room areas.

Armstrong G6132 Duality Logan Falls Sailors Delight vinyl flooring was used throughout. The cabinetry in both the kitchen and powder room is Bertch St. James in a birch wood. The finish is Eggshell with a soft brown glaze. Countertops are Silestone Giallo Nova Quartz. Additional features include the wine fridge on the end of the penninsula along with upgraded range, microwave and dishwasher. A simple yet effective ceramic tile back splash gives the kitchen a crisp clean feel.
