This laundry room project coincided with the Kitchen (63) project that can also be viewed on houzz.com. This room was originally the under-used dining room. With the kitchen being expanded, the laundry room, as well as the entryway into the house from the garage, was relocated. The final layout gives ample room for the appliances, as well as a sink area and a closet that serves as a laundry chute from the 2nd floor.
Materials for this portion of the project were kept in more stock configurations. Materials include Hagerstown Redline cabinetry, Formica laminate countertops/wall splash and COREtech LVT flooring.
