While Danken does not advertise exterior work, when one of our regular clients asks us to do something like this, we will certainly try and accommodate. This charming sun room started out as a basic screen porch. The roof and concrete slab remained, while everything else was gutted.
The room was re-framed, creating individual columns. The exterior panels and columns were wrapped with Wolf PVC materials. Simonton double hung vinyl windows and a ThermaTru exterior door finish off the exterior. The interior is complete with bead board and wood trim. A custom bench with storage cabinets was also fabricated.
The customer supplied doggy door for their beloved canines. The customer also contracted Rock-N-Floors to install a unique granular stone floor for a nice durable finish to the existing slab and stoop. The finished room is begging for some nice summer days and some cool refreshments!
