The owner of this home wanted to update the laundry by adding some much needed storage space, but at the same time giving it a warmer feel. Stock alder cabinetry was installed, including some open storage and two large tall pantry style cabinets. This allowed any clutter to be eliminated. An area was created for the washer and dryer that would provide much needed countertop space. Laminate counter tops and wall splashes allow the area be wiped down easily. A large format porcelain tile floor was installed to keep things maintenance friendly.
