While the overall footprint of this kitchen remodel stayed the same, the it still received many upgrades. The builders grade cabinetry, laminate countertops and soffits were removed. The "pass-through" was lowered to allow for seating at countertop level.

Materials used include Bertch Marketplace Stanford cabinetry, in birch wood with Dawn stain. The wall cabinets are 36" tall instead of the original 30". The countertops are Astoria granite, with a stainless steel bowl and 1/2 sink with a Grohe faucet. A tumbled marble back splash was used throughout. The original hardwood flooring was refinished in place with a rich darker stain. New stainless steel appliances finish off this open, inviting kitchen.
