The main changes to this galley style kitchen remodel were to move the fridge away from the dining room door, eliminating the built-in closet next to the hallway and the installation of a taller kitchen window. The doorway leading into the laundry was also changed to a pocket door and the soffits were eliminated.

The new layout includes a hutch where the former closet was located, along with some glass door cabinets. The new kitchen includes Congoleum DuraCeramic vinyl tile flooring, Bertch Stanford birch Toffee cabinets, Amarone granite countertops and polished stone back splash tile. The taller 36" high wall cabinets now reach to the ceiling. All new stainless steel appliances were used throughout.
