Another basement turned storage room but our clients needed more playroom space with the arrival of their second child. We framed the exterior foundation walls and partitioned the laundry, furnace and a storage area from the living area. We framed and covered unsightly steel support posts, dropped heat vents and plumbing and dry walled everywhere. Laminate flooring was installed throughout.
