POINTE CLAIRE- FROM NEGLECTED TO LIVABLE
Their newly purchased 1950’s home in Pointe Claire had good bones but with no upgrades done for over 30 years they asked us to execute some renovations to make it livable for their family of four.
To breathe new life into the home we installed a melamine IKEA kitchen, renovated the two bathrooms, removed the carpets and/or vinyl flooring and all hardwood underneath was refinished and stained. Laminate floors were installed in the basement and the sunroom. Earth tone wall panels were replaced with drywall, white paneling was painted, all interior doors were changed and the fireplace received a facelift. Now our clients have a more livable home, with clean, brighter spaces and modern amenities. Larger scale renovations can come later after they have settled and lived in it for awhile.
