This simple 225 square foot bungalow extension doubled our client's kitchen footprint and enabling them to achieve their dream kitchen which included a three seater breakfast bar, and a bright new dining room with French doors leading into a new 120 sq.ft. raised deck with glass railings. The extension was built on technoposts which were later covered with cedar skirting enclosing the new structure and the new deck for privacy. White Maibec wood siding was chosen for its beauty and longevity for the exterior.
