Refacing of kitchen cabinets is not an option for most kitchens but in the case of our client’s solidly built, beautifully maintained oak cabinets, it did not make sense to start from scratch.

Working with a design and materials by Rebecca Mitchell Interiors, the cabinets were refinished with a new darker stain to match the hardwood floors in adjacent living areas. Valences were added in the upper cabinets and under mount lighting was installed. New cabinet and drawer pulls were relocated. Other installations included the porcelain floor tiles, the multi colored mosaic back splash and new lighting. What a difference!
