With only one bathroom on the second floor of this St Anne de Bellevue home and the upcoming arrival of two elderly seniors for a 6 month stay, our client needed a bathroom on the main level to accommodate their limited mobility. The main floor hallway closet was gutted and re partitioned to achieve the 5 feet depth needed for a bathroom and rough plumbing was installed to access water supply for the toilet, vanity and shower. A safety bar by the toilet and a low threshold base shower stall with integrated seating and grab bar allow for freedom, flexibility and independence while ensuring safety.
