Circle C Charmer

In this renovation, the entire kitchen was gutted out including all cabinetry, countertops, and backsplash leaving a blank canvas for Skelly Home.

On this clients’ wish list was to get rid of the load-bearing wall that was in the center of her kitchen. By getting rid of this wall, we opened up the space to make it lighter and brighter!

All the walls were painted an eggshell white color along with the ceiling, window trim, and door trim which create a seamless look to match the all-white cabinetry and make the blue on the island stand out. The flooring was replaced with darker hardwood flooring that would contrast the walls and island. For the backsplash, individual rhombus tiling was used to create a three-dimensional design.

We installed a large 9x6 island with a seamless waterfall countertop consisting of Level 3 Quartz slab to increase the work surfaces and storage. After installing the island we trenched and relocated the plumbing for the new sink location in the island.

Three statement pendants were hung above the island to add exposed lighting and create a more ample feeling throughout the room. Four cans were added surrounding the island for equal kitchen lighting. Under-cabinet light was also installed.
