Lake Austin Home

This one-of-a-kind Lake Austin Home renovation is truly unique. The consistency of colors and design is inspiring. Each room has its own noteworthy section that automatically catches your eye. Collaborating with Etch Design Group to create this beautiful space was extremely rewarding.

KITCHEN
This spectacular and spacious kitchen underwent a full gut demolition. Including the 12-foot sliding glass door that was installed. A matte touch in Pantone 418U custom cabinetry was installed in this full kitchen remodel. This kitchen also includes a large new island done in tobacco-stained oak cabinetry with storage on both sides, and a calacatta polished quartz countertop with waterfall edges. This countertop is also installed above the cabinets, extending up to add a dramatic backsplash effect for a cleaner look throughout this kitchen renovation. Above the island are newly installed pendant lights to emphasize the space. More custom pieces were added like the spice drawers and double cutlery inserts. All allowing optimal space in the upper cabinetry for appliance storage.

PRIMARY BATHROOM
A full renovation was done in this stunning bathroom. Including the fabricated double vanity/cabinetry combo. Additional storage was added including hairstyling drawer inserts to maximize countertop space and reduce clutter. Two new water closets were added during the framing stage of this renovation, among other structural framings. A very unique quality to this master bathroom is the exterior shower that was added. A beautiful floor-to-ceiling glass door was installed with a gold handle and bracket fixtures. Upon entering the shower you will notice a custom ombre effect with a gloss jazz glass. This outstanding tile is then met with a calacatta white marble tile for the flooring, which leads your eye to the custom bench and niches within the shower done in a honed marble calacatta gold waterfall edge. All fixtures in the shower are Newport brass, including body sprayers and a multifunction showerhead. This breathtaking shower isn’t the only eye-catcher of this bathroom. Behind the vanity is a wall of cabinetry in a dark stained wood mixed with custom brass pulls. All cabinetry is included with LED lights under the vanities and storage cabinets to reflect upon the marble flooring.

POWDER BATHROOMS
Throughout this project, two powder bathrooms were renovated. Both include vanity wall tile installs, custom floating countertops, and new flooring. The first powder bath was done in an allure honed vanity wall tile with a manhattan marble polished countertop in standard pencil edge. The second bath includes a light limestone graph-drawn vanity wall tile with a honed finish and a polished quartzite countertop with the same standard edge. Each bathroom is equipped with satin gold plumbing fixtures and includes custom wall sconces above the vanity.

LAUNDRY ROOM
This laundry room remodel is going beyond your basic laundry room, it is equipped with new cabinetry, flooring, and appliances. Special touches have been added with the countertop and backsplash surrounding the utility sink. The countertops are done in a unique calacatta polished quartz with standard edging. While the backsplash is laid out in a white porcelain gloss by Ann Sacks. Each cabinet is supplied with a brushed nickel pull for all lower and upper cabinets.

EXERCISE ROOM
This room is creating a functional space with excess to the exterior spa. Supplied with all new prime sports flooring in the color vanilla. Newly installed wall mirrors, and renovated cabinetry with an Appalachian white quartz countertop, supplied with a drink fridge. New wiring install for two new oscillating fans and recessed lighting. This exercise room has it all.

FIREPLACE
This eye-catching fireplace was renovated from the existing fireplace in this Lake Austin Home. First, we removed the framing of the existing fireplace and added large format slabs on all four sides, in natural matte quartz. These slabs were emphasized by the personal seat additions to both sides of the front and back, which are made out of the natural slab and a honed pewter limestone for the top section of the benches.
