These South Austin Bathrooms were renovated as well as a little facelift for the front porch! The primary and guest bathrooms were gutted out, the flooring was updated with tile selections and updated fixtures were installed. Soft patterns and colors were selected for each bathroom, along with organic lines. Each space was brought to life in individual ways but flow continuously throughout the house.

PRIMARY BATHROOM
This bathroom has a unique touch of organic sections throughout. The demolition process included gutting the bathroom, removing the wall between the vanity and toilet, and installing a shower build-out with a 3-inch step-in curb. The original vanity plumbing was raised to fit the prefabricated vanity along with the installation of shower fixture rough-ins, which were selected in champagne bronze. A Bianco Carrera Hexagon tile was installed for the flooring of the shower, as well as in the 12 by 24-inch niche. Bedrosians Cloe in 2.5 by 8-inch tile was used on all 3 walls vertically, which went up to the ceiling. The glass installed was a frameless door with a towel bar and handle in the same champagne bronze. The flooring for this primary bathroom is a Maravilla Heron Grey Chevron Honed Marble Mosaic tile, which is perfect for wet areas such as this.

GUEST BATHROOM
For this guest bath, the demo included gutting it out, but leaving the drywall. Installing two new vanity lights and electrical switch relocation. The tub was built out including 3 tile walls in White Polished Ceramic tile with a built-in niche. Along with an installation of tub fixture rough-ins and trim outs selected in matte black. The prefabricated vanity was relocated, with double vanity plumbing. Flooring included new Georama Grigio Polished Marble Mosaic tile and baseboard install.

Each of these bathrooms is a refreshing space to start and end your day. The organic lines and soft patterns give you that feel of instant rejuvenation.
