Experimenting with a bright paint color is a great way to bring a sense of drama and glamour to a room, but choosing the right color can be a tricky process. For this renovation project, we partnered up with Urbanspace Interior Design tackled three guest suites in downtown Austin. Although the rooms received similar renovations, all the rooms had their own flare.

The rubber baseboard along the perimeter of the suites was removed and hauled off. They were then replaced with updated wooden boards that would later be painted.

The existing headboard in the entire room was covered in a custom wallpaper. Although they received the same wallpaper, each room was styled in a monochromatic scheme of red, blue and yellow.

In the study nook, the new headboard was installed after the custom built-in desk was put into place.

For the bathroom, which was also painted per each room design, a new pendant light that aligned with the mirror. Urbanspace provided the hanging light fixture for the three bathrooms.
