This Austin Energy five-star rated renovation and second story addition in the historic Bryker Woods neighborhood respects the character of its neighborhood while providing additional space for the family of four. The footprint of the existing house was maintained with first floor renovations that created an open-plan interior oriented toward outdoor living, including a new shaded deck and swimming pool, at the rear of the lot.
