Working with a young family facing relocation to the Bay Area, we developed a remodel/addition that not only accommodated the couple and their three children, but also their mother.

Simple traditional details were added to the basic ranch home to provide better curb appeal and a sense of visual identity, without feeling out of character with the well-established neighborhood.

The house was extended to both the front and rear, with the latter additions taking advantage of the pie-shaped lot to create a courtyard between the new master suite and expanded bedroom wing.
