Menlo Oaks Ranch Remodel/Addition
Our former client introduced us to her lovely mother, who with her husband had just purchased an older Ranch home in good, but original condition on a 1/2 acre level lot in leafy Menlo Oaks.
Retaining most of the existing roofline and exterior walls saved significant budget for high-quality interior finishes. Front and rear additions of new living area were accomplished primarily by filling in two covered porches, and second by the addition of a 'mini master' which turned the L-shaped rear massing into a U-shaped courtyard.
Ruby and her multi-talented daughter Naya were responsible for the selection of all interior finishes and fixtures.
