Our first home in Monterey County is an ambitious renovation that leverages the footprint of a 50 year old ranch home to reduce site impacts and expedite permit approvals. The final design features a triad of butterfly roofs that create a compelling silhouette from the interior and soaring, vaulted spaces on the interior. The primary living spaces and sleeping area all feature panoramic ocean views.
