Our first project in Southern California was commissioned by a Pacific Palisades couple who lost their cherished family home of over 20 years in the devastating fires of 2025.

Our design reuses most of the existing foundation, but enlarges and adapts the home to the owner’s current needs, with meaningful additions such as a rooftop deck, 4 stop elevator, accessible home gym and sauna, and lap pool with hot tub.

Reflecting the owners’ favorite vacations, the Spanish architecture is also perfectly appropriate for the coastal Mediterranean climate of the Palisades. The home is currently under construction thanks to our build partner Burton Design and Construction, and the expedited permit process offered by the City of Los Angeles for fire rebuilds.
