This Midtown Palo Alto project was the first we designed for a local first-time real estate developer, for whom we have now worked on three separate homes.

There were several unfortunate "misses" by the low-budget contractor (who was not referred by our firm) and a number of owner changes during construction that unfortunately made the built product far less successful than the design as originally conceived. SCOPE OF WORK:

New 2 story Craftsman style house, 4BR/3.5BA, ~2650 s.f. with attached single car garage. No basement.
