Front/Rear addition to an existing single story ranch home of ~2,000 s.f. Final project living area ~3,000 s.f, with whole house interior remodel and brand new floor plan.

Existing foundation/floor framing, garage slab/walls, and some exterior wall framing was retained (on the bedroom wing of house).
