I developed this subdivision on Bainbridge. Located on Fortward Hill Rd and Bolero Drive. All the rough in work I did myself with help from one other person. The project is unique on the Island, in that I used the "Clustered Lot Ordinance", resulting in 80% Open Space. There are walking trails connecting each group of homes. I retained the tree canopy, wildlife and protected the water bodies. I have built eight of the individual homes myself, and worked with others to complete most of the balance. Currently still building.
