This East Vancouver renovation was very special to our client. It is the home that she grew up in with her family which was now becoming a space for her and her partner to grow into and create new memories. With a few walls taken down and a reconfiguration of floor plan layouts on the main floor and upper floor, we were able to achieve a large open entertaining living area with a very large and focal point kitchen to ground the space.

Upstairs, an addition of a laundry room and moving of the ensuite created a much better use of space, giving light and extra ceiling height to the laundry room through a large skylight. The bathrooms carried minimalist finishing throughout, adding texture in tile and contrast with black plumbing fixtures. A modern vibe with a mid century twist was taken throughout the home with pops of colour in furnishings and artwork.
