This was one of the most challenging remodelings for us.
The idea of this project was to add a new family-deck-pool area to the original structure of the house and make it look like it has been there since the very beginning.
We also change the original ceramic tile of the main areas for wood floors; make a totally new kitchen; add some intelligent lightning system, new lightning fixtures, remove some walls, paint others, etc. Over all, we updated the entire house.
In this case we also worked on the interior design and FF&E's.
