As recent empty nesters, our clients finally had time on their hands to focus on the last unfinished space in their home, their large walk out basement. They needed a space to entertain, house out of town family and friends and welcome home their kids & all their friends when they came to visit.

The basement space in their home had never been finished, So we quickly got to work coming up with a floor plan that included a kitchen, family room, a guest bed and bathroom, a 1 ⁄ 2 bath, a workout room , along with space to complete a future woodworking space and wine room.
