This project was a complete top-to-bottom renovation. This incredibly unique home is about 3,500 sq. ft., including 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a sprawling basement, vaulted ceilings, and a top-floor loft.

It was built in 1923 as a farmhouse, and went through its first renovation sometime in the ‘80s. The previous homeowner (an acclaimed architect) installed a truly unique two-story curved glass block wall. While it took a minute to wrap our heads around it, we quickly found a way to incorporate the accent into our contemporary industrial design. And the results were better than we could have imagined.
