Scope: The Fink’s chose Delaney’s Design and Lear & Rose Construction, LLC to design and bring to life two bathroom renovations and other small updated. The master shower was not functional due to failure of the original work performed in constructing the shower. We did a complete transformation in the master, working with the original layout to avoid excessive costs. We did a light transformation in the guest bath, changing the flooring, paint, framing mirrors and updating lighting and faucets. As often happens when a client is pleased with the progress - the scope increased to other small but impactful updates throughout the home (for example, lighting, front door).
