Interior

A renovated grand lobby in a mixed use building in downtown Los Angeles. The floors are polished marble, with marble trim on the walls and doorways. The original coffered ceiling includes metal tile inlay and horizontal upgraded lighting fixtures.

Grand Lobby

A rounded vaulted ceiling tops this airy entry lobby. The coffered edges lead to planter boxes that allow indoor greenery to cascade from above. It is all topped with a gabled ridges skylight.

A light monitor provides defuse interior light

Lighted Interior

This simple vertical entry atrium space was enclosed to connect two separate buildings. The simple gable roof has a pattern of rectangular skylights that provide ample daylight to the space. A marble tile floor provides the base to gypsum board walls.

Vaulted Atrium

The existing exposed wood trusses provide the theme for this second story office space. Craftsman style pendant light fixtures compliment the space and its structure.

Exposed Ceiling

This contemporary kitchen uses white laminate cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and synthetic stone countertops to provide a slick place to sit and work. The floor in the kitchen is cork, and the remainder of the floor is covered in commercial carpet squares.
